Tax Assistant Manager - Banking (FS Corporate Tax)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team with a strong reputation in the market, advising major UK and global banking and insurance clients.
This role offers a broad mix of advisory, compliance, and tax audit support work, with exposure to complex projects including M&A
and Pillar 2.
The team has a strong pipeline of work and will invest in the right individual to support rapid technical and commercial development.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver corporate tax work across advisory, compliance, and tax audit engagements
* Support on M&A transactions and wider tax advisory projects, including Pillar 2
* Work with large financial services clients including banks and insurers
* Identify tax risks and provide commercially focused solutions
About You
* ACA / ACCA / CTA qualified (or equivalent)
* Strong corporate tax background, ideally with some exposure to tax audit
* Experience operating at Assistant Manager level (or ready to step up)
* Financial Services or Banking experience desirable but not essential
* Exposure to Pillar 2 or international tax concepts is advantageous
