Nightshift Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance FLT Licence Salary: £32, 217.40 (annualised hours basis)

Shift patterns: Nights: Sun - Thurs, 9pm - 6am
Location: South Shields, NE34 9PH
DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:
- Operate PPT & Counterbalance FLT depending on pick requirement
- Loading wagons in preparation for delivery
- Completing order paperwork to ensure all orders are logged correctly
- Adhering to all health and safety on site
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Previous experience driving FLT and full RTITB Licence (Essential Requirement)
- Previous practical experience as a Warehouse Operative, within a logistics environment or similar role and be familiar with all Manual Handling Procedures (desirable)
- Previous experience of the preparation and distribution of orders.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload.
- Willing to undertake training on other types of MHE such as LLOP Reach FLT and PPT
