Optometrist opportunity - Independent - FT or PT - up to £67K FTE A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a passionate and patient-focused Optometrist to join a well-established, independent practice in the heart of Newbury, Berkshire. Recently joining a growing group of independent practices supported by a larger collective, this clinic now benefits from the clinical autonomy of independent ownership alongside the shared values and support of a forward-thinking, community-led partnership model. The practice is part of a wider network of 44 professionals across a close-knit regional group, yet retains the intimacy and family feel of a small, dedicated local team. You'll be working alongside a Dispensing Optician and an Optical Assistant, ensuring each patient receives exceptional, end-to-end care. What's On Offer:
