Warehouse Operatives
Location: West Thurrock, RM20 3LB
Pay rate: £18.70 per hour
Contract: Temporary - 28/08/2026
Shifts: Monday - Friday, 22:00 - 06:00
- Repacking products accurately and efficiently according to company standards
- Using prebuilt systems to pick items, including Low Level Order Picker (LLOP).
- Ensuring all items are correctly labelled and packaged for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Assisting with stock control and inventory checks
- Supporting team members to meet daily production targets
What you'll bring:
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and a proactive approach
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in a similar packing or warehouse role (desirable but not essential)
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- A commitment to health and safety standards
- FLT Reach is advantageous but not essential
- LLOP experience is advantageous but not essential
