A marketing agency based in Bedfordshire is seeking a Junior CRM Data & Reporting Assistant to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in marketing technology and data analysis. Full training will be provided, allowing you to develop skills in CRM systems, campaign reporting, and data management while working alongside professionals.
KEY DUTIES
* Assist with the preparation and distribution of CRM and marketing performance reports.
* Support the management and maintenance of customer data within CRM platforms.
* Help monitor campaign activity and identify trends within marketing data.
* Assist in creating dashboards and performance summaries for internal teams and clients.
* Ensure data records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company procedures.
* Work with colleagues to troubleshoot data discrepancies and support reporting requests. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS * Strong attention to detail and an interest in working with data.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* A willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and reporting tools.
* An organised approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
