Home Instead Stourbridge

Are you friendly, outgoing, reliable and looking for a care role that’s a little different?

We’re looking for a fun, dependable and flexible Care Professional to support one of our clients with companionship, social activities and getting out into the community.

Our client enjoys LEGO, films and days out , so we’re looking for someone who can share their interests, encourage independence and, most importantly, build a genuine and trusting relationship.

What will the role involve?

You’ll provide one-to-one support tailored around our client, which may include:

• Companionship and conversation
• Enjoying hobbies and activities together
• Watching films, Lego building and all things crafty!
• Going out for trips, activities and days out
• Supporting the client to access their local community
• Encouraging independence and confidence
• Providing consistent and reliable support
