Your role will include, but is not limited to...

• Complete hands-on training to master espresso extraction, latte art, and preparation of high-quality beverages.
• Develop knowledge of coffee beans, blends, and food offerings to answer customer inquiries with confidence.
• Support experienced Baristas in preparing beverages and food items to standard specifications.
• Follow health, safety, and food hygiene standards to ensure compliance across the store.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout shifts, including daily setup and close-down procedures.
• Assist with stocking and replenishing supplies, as well as unpacking deliveries to support store operations.
• Engage warmly with customers, offering prompt, attentive service to create a positive experience.
• Help manage customer flow by taking orders, assisting at the till, and communicating wait times during peak periods.
• Contribute to a friendly, team-oriented atmosphere, actively participating in a supportive work culture.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner with a pleasing personality.
• Capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a high-energy, collaborative team.
• Prior experience in a barista role in their home country, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to the work environment in the UAE, freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
