Day Support Worker – Learning Disabilities
Location: Glenholme Cecilian Court, Stamford, PE9 1QP
Hourly Rate: £12.75 – £12.95 per hour
Contract Type: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (fully flexible on 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 10pm shifts, no fixed rota provided)

What You Will Do as a Support Worker:

As a Support Worker, your role is to help individuals live with dignity, independence and fulfilment. You will:

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Support with personal care

• Teach and promote independent living skills

• Assist with the management of medication

• Support service users in engaging with community-based activities such as swimming, social outings and leisure interests

With the right training and support, you will promote independence, choice, and inclusion — becoming more than just a support worker. You will be a companion, a guide and a trusted part of someone's journey.
