As a Youth Mentor , you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive mentoring programmes tailored to the unique needs of each young person
- Fostering positive and trusting relationships with the youth in your care, offering guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear
- Collaborating with families, schools, and community partners to ensure a holistic approach to youth development
- Organising and leading engaging group activities, workshops, and outings that promote personal growth, social skills, and healthy lifestyles
