Maintenance Planner/Programmer

Job description

To manage the delivery of maintenance orders, including the scheduling, appointments and allocation of all Technicians, suppliers and sub-contractors to elements of the Choice Housing property portfolio. Please see employer website for full job details & person specification.

Responsibilities

• To provide an efficient, responsive and excellent customer focused call handling / works order programming maintenance service to Choice customers.
• To make appointments for Choice Services Technicians and sub-contractors.
• To schedule all Technicians / Engineers to ensure the first time fix rate to clients is maximised.
• To schedule all sub-contractors, placing works orders and instructions with them.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Must be able to demonstrate a high level of previous experience in the scheduling of Technicians, Engineers and / or sub-contractors.
• Ability to use IT / database systems and keep task order records up to date.
