Psychology Graduate - Primary School Learning Support Assistant

About the Role As a Psychology Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will: Support children on a one-to-one basis and in small intervention groups.Help pupils develop confidence, communication and emotional resilience.Assist children with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH and additional learning needs.Work closely with teachers to adapt learning activities to individual needs.Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation.Build trusting relationships with pupils and families.Observe and record pupil progress to support learning plans.Help create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment. What We're Looking For A Psychology degree (or closely related subject).A genuine interest in child development and education.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A patient, caring and resilient approach.Previous experience with children is desirable but not essential.
