MBR Dental is currently assisting a well-established dental practice in Penrith, Cumbria, in recruiting an Associate Dentist to join their team on a permanent basis.
Position Details:
- Immediate start available.
- Notice periods will be considered.
- Full-time or part-time opportunity, offering 2–5 days per week.
- Flexible surgery space available:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am–5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm
- Flexible UDA allocation with a competitive, negotiable UDA rate.
- 50% private fee split.
- Mixed NHS and private practice environment.
Practice Highlights:
- Established 5-surgery practice with a strong and loyal patient base.
- Fully computerised with Digital X-rays and CBCT Scanner.
- Comprehensive range of treatments including General Dentistry, Restorative Dentistry, Implants, Endodontics, Clear Aligners, and Facial Aesthetics.
- Support from an experienced Hygienist and Therapist team.
- Opportunity to take on a Mentor or Educational Supervisor role.
- Free on-site parking.
- Excellent transport links nearby.

Candidate Requirements:
- GDC registered Dentist.
- Active NHS Performer Number.
- Valid DBS certificate.
