Are you a people person who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and helping customers find the right products? We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Temporary Sales Advisor to join our friendly branch team with an immediate start available .
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in providing exceptional service.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our branch operation, helping customers while supporting the wider team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a warm, friendly welcome to every customer
- Offering expert product advice and recommending solutions
- Proactively promoting products, offers, and services
- Processing orders and payments accurately
- Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Maintaining stock levels and ensuring displays are well presented
- Mixing and tinting paint to customer requirements (full training provided)
- Supporting warehouse and stock handling activities when required
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure excellent customer experiences
