The Opportunity

Lead the paid social strategy and execution for the Weight Loss business in the German market, owning end-to-end performance from acquisition through long-term value. You will combine deep platform expertise, commercial thinking and experimentation to scale the business, partnering closely with Creative, CRM, Analytics, CRO, Medical and Commercial teams. 

You will be responsible for driving sustainable growth through technical excellence, data-driven decision making and continuous innovation.

What you’ll do

• Own paid social performance for your market(s), driving acquisition, LTV/CAC and revenue targets across Meta and other platforms
• Manage market budgets, forecasts and investment decisions to maximise commercial performance
• Lead a data-driven experimentation roadmap spanning audiences, creative, bidding, placements and landing pages
• Analyse campaign and customer performance to generate actionable insights and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with Analytics to ensure robust tracking, attribution and measurement across all paid social activity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, CRM and Product to deliver high-performing, insight-led campaigns
• Stay ahead of platform developments, AI capabilities and industry trends, turning insight into performance gains
• Line manage, coach and develop Paid Social Managers, building a high-performing team culture
• Set clear priorities and resource allocation to focus effort on the highest-impact opportunities
• Champion operational excellence, sharing best practices across the wider Paid Social team

What you’ll bring to HeliosX

• Demonstrable professional experience D² paid social channels in D2C high-performance environments.
• Strong knowledge of paid social acquisition channels.
• Experience working as both a strategist and an individual contributor.
• Proven success driving experiments to improve LTV or significantly reduce CPA to meet LTV/CAC targets.
• Experience working closely with brand and/or creative teams to develop effective advertising concepts.
• Experience using marketing analytics to evaluate customer journeys and campaign performance.
• Experience with marketing measurement, attribution and conversion tracking.
• Demonstrable experience managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
