Our client, a premier AmLaw 100 law firm with a distinguished global footprint, is seeking a high-calibre Tax Partner to join their London office.

This firm is globally recognized for its "Gold Standard" in client service, having been ranked among the top tier of firms for client service performance for five consecutive years. While historically a powerhouse in litigation and trial practice, the firm is currently undergoing a period of strategic, high-growth expansion across its transactional practices. They are looking for a tax specialist who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to play a key role in the continued growth of their London and international corporate deal flow.

The Role

As a key member of the London partnership, you will provide sophisticated tax counsel on complex cross-border transactions. You will work closely with the firm’s corporate, M&A, and real estate teams to structure deals that maximise value for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from Fortune 1000 companies to emerging growth businesses.

You will have the opportunity to lead the tax structuring for significant inbound/outbound investment, corporate reorganisations, and joint ventures, operating within a platform that connects the U.S., the UK, and Asia.
