The Grand, York is looking for a warm, organised and guest-focused Spa Coordinator to help deliver exceptional five-star experiences from the very first enquiry. As a key point of contact for our spa guests, you'll ensure every detail is taken care of, creating seamless and personalised experiences from booking to departure.

Our Spa Team is dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences and, as our Spa Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every guest journey is smooth, personalised and memorable. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Manage spa reservations and enquiries for resident and non-resident guests, including booking treatments and spa packages.
• Conduct pre-arrival calls, confirming guest arrangements and ensure every detail of their spa experience is carefully planned ahead of their visit.
• Proactively enhance each guest's stay be recommending and upselling signature experiences, treatments and spa facilities.
• Work closely with the Spa and Reservations teams to ensure seamless communication, accurate bookings and a smooth guest journey across every department.
• Support day to day spa operations through administrative checks, accurate record keeping, voucher sales, restaurant reservations and spa reception shifts.
