Salary: £40,317 (Inner London M1)
Support Package: STEM Specialist Induction: 4 Specialist Technicians + 10% Timetable Reduction + Senior Leader Mentor + Lab-Based Retrieval Practice Training.
The Opportunity
Located on a state-of-the-art campus in Brent, this school offers some of the best laboratory facilities in London. The Science department is a powerhouse of innovation, featuring undergraduate-spec equipment. We are looking for a Science ECT ready to inspire the next generation of doctors and engineers through practical, inquiry-based learning.
Role Details
Practical Excellence: Deliver at least one practical-led lesson per week for all KS3 classes, supported by an allocated technician.
Subject Specialism: Maintain a protected KS4 timetable in your specific degree specialism (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
ECF Integration: Your mentor will be a Senior Lead for T&L, focusing on dual coding and retrieval practice in the lab.
