g2 Recruitment are currently hiring for our Manchester office , with Senior Consultants Calum Stuart and Alex Champion heading up the hiring across the teams. We’re looking for driven, confident graduates to join our high-performing team!

We’re a specialist recruitment agency with a strong reputation across the UK and Europe, focusing on Engineering, IT, and Tech. Our Manchester team has a proven track record of developing top-performing consultants — people who came in with no experience and are now earning six figures.
We’re also hiring across our other UK offices: Nottingham, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, London and Munich — so if you’re based elsewhere but ready to launch your career, we’d still love to hear from you.
What you’ll get:
- Starting salary between £24,000–£24,750 + uncapped commission from day one (no thresholds)
- 1st year OTE £35–45k | 2nd year £50–70k | 3rd year £80–100k+

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:
- Business development – building your own client base by reaching out to decision-makers in fast-growing Engineering and Tech companies across the UK and Europe
- Client relationships – working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and how you can help grow their teams
- Candidate sourcing – headhunting skilled professionals, screening CVs, and conducting interviews
- Process management – arranging interviews, negotiating salaries, and securing offers
- Market building – becoming an expert in your niche and positioning yourself as the go-to recruiter in your space
