The Role

* Deliver creative, engaging and challenging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 for the right candidate.
* Inspire students through the study of literature, language and creative writing, helping them develop confidence and a lifelong appreciation of English.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom where every student feels supported, challenged and motivated to succeed.
* Assess progress effectively, adapting your teaching to meet the needs of learners of all abilities.

About You

We're looking for an English Teacher who has:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Experience teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 experience is desirable but not essential).
* A genuine enthusiasm for English and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
* Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to creating an engaging learning environment.
* High expectations for student achievement, behaviour and personal development.
* A positive, reflective approach and a desire to contribute to a supportive and ambitious school community.
