Job Overview An opportunity for an experienced Architect to lead education sector projects across RIBA Stages 1 to 3 within an established architectural practice in Gloucester. The role focuses on early-stage design leadership, concept development and client engagement across schools, colleges and higher education projects. Suitable for a design-focused Architect with education sector experience and strong presentation skills. Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead education projects across RIBA Stages 1 to 3
  • Develop design concepts and spatial strategies
  • Coordinate with clients and consultants
  • Lead design workshops and presentations
  • Support junior team members
The role focuses on early-stage design leadership and maintaining design quality through concept and planning stages. Skills & Experience Required
  • ARB registered Architect
  • Education sector project experience
  • Strong concept and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of DfE guidance and standards
  • Collaborative team leadership approach
Experience across schools, colleges or university projects is required alongside strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Salary & Benefits
