Pay: £13.20 per hour
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 4:45pm
Working Hours: 39 hours per week We are seeking a reliable Press Operator to join a well-established manufacturing company in Redditch. Key Responsibilities * Prepare materials for production
* Operate presses safely and efficiently
* Unload finished products safely
* Perform mould changes
* Finish products to the required quality standards
* Pack products ready for collection
* Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations
* Carry out manual handling tasks
* Achieve productivity targets to meet customer demand About You We are looking for candidates who are: * Comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment
* Able to follow processes and Health & Safety procedures diligently
* Capable of manual handling responsibilities
* Reliable and committed to meeting production targets
* Team players who collaborate effectively
* Motivated to learn and develop within a manufacturing role Previous experience in press operation or manufacturing would be advantageous. What We Offer * £13.20 per hour
