Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant, Reading, Hybrid, Financial Recruitment
IN2 Consult is currently hiring for a Trainee recruitment consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will be working on a warm desk and has excellent opportunities to bill from the very begining. IN2 Consult is a best in class financial recruitment agency that has been around for 7 years now and is looking to scale!
Job Duties:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment process for clients, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
* Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies and market trends to clients.
* Negotiate terms of business and contracts with clients.
* Work closely with candidates to understand their career goals and match them with suitable job opportunities.
* Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
* Manage candidate offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the database.
* Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs. Required Qualifications: * Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
* Demonstrable track record of successful placements and client management.
* Strong understanding of recruitment best practises and employment legislation.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. Knowledge and Skills: * Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of market trends and industry developments. Desirable * Experience in headhunting and executive search.
* Experience in a specific industry sector finance Working Conditions:
This role may require occasional travel to client sites. The working hours are typically Monday to Friday.
