Location: North Tyneside

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £38,500 per annum

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a busy warehouse operation, ensuring goods are received, stored and dispatched safely, accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for driving operational performance, maintaining stock accuracy and supporting production and customer fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the warehouse team.

• Oversee Goods In, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

• Ensure production materials are available when required.

• Maintain accurate stock through cycle counts and investigations.

• Coordinate transport and logistics activities.

• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.

• Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

• Plan labour resources to meet operational demand.

• Build strong relationships with Production, Planning and Customer Services.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience managing or supervising a warehouse team.

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and stock control.

• Experience using WMS and/or ERP systems.

• Good IT, organisational and communication skills.

• Sound knowledge of Health & Safety practices.

• Logistics or transport planning experience.

• Experience within manufacturing/FMCG.

• FLT licence and/or IOSH qualification.
