Performance Marketing Manager, Guernsey / Jersey / Isle of Man

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our client’s Marketing team in Guernsey, Jersey or the Isle of Man.
This hands-on role will focus on driving customer growth and measurable commercial results through the management and optimisation of digital marketing channels, website performance and customer acquisition activity. Key responsibilities will include:• Managing and optimising paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and other channels.
• Managing budgets and performance against measures including CPA, CAC, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Optimising website content, landing pages and digital customer journeys.
• Using analytics, testing and performance data to improve conversion and campaign effectiveness.
• Supporting SEO, digital discoverability and AI-enabled marketing activity.
• Working closely with internal teams and external agencies to improve digital performance. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on performance marketing experience, excellent analytical skills and practical experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Looker Studio, or equivalent. Experience in ecommerce, subscription-based businesses, telecoms, financial services or another regulated consumer environment would be advantageous.
