- NMC Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
- HCPC Registered Professionals :
- Paramedics
- Occupational Therapists
- Physiotherapists
Full UK right to work ( no sponsorship available ) The role – What you’ll be doing
You’ll carry out functional assessments for individuals applying for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Work Capability Assessment (WCA)
- Conduct face-to-face and remote assessments in the Milton Keynes area
- Assess individuals with physical and mental health conditions
- Apply your clinical knowledge + medical evidence to each case
- Produce clear, evidence-based reports
- Help determine how conditions impact daily living
- No shifts, nights, or weekends
- Hybrid working – 2 days in a local assessment centre, 3 from home
- Office-style routine with clinical impact
- Less physical strain, more structure
- Strong clinical knowledge (physical + mental health)
- Good IT skills (report writing is ~50% of role)
- Ability to commute to Fareham site 2 days per week
- Confident communication and decision-making skills
- 12-week structured training programme
- Must commit to full-time training (first 6 weeks without leave)
- Ongoing CPD + revalidation support
- 31 days annual leave (incl. bank holidays)
- Paid NMC/HCPC registration fees
