Content Specialist

We're looking for a creative who gets the Internet. Someone who turns cultural moments, killer insights and sharp messages into bold, scroll-stopping content that earns attention and shifts opinion. What the job actually is What you'll do Develop original creative concepts for social, digital and campaign content Produce high-quality graphics, videos, memes and motion content Shoot and edit short-form video and audio for social, streaming and podcasts Write compelling copy for social captions, ads, emails, landing pages and websites Use AI tools to enhance speed, scale and creativity Design and build landing pages and campaign websites in Webflow Respond to cultural moments with timely, relevant content Manage content calendars with platform-native, audience-aware delivery Collaborate with client leads and account teams Stay ahead of trends in culture, politics, technology and marketing What you'll bring 2+ years of content creation, digital, creative or marketing experience Proven ability to create for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X and LinkedIn Strong creative thinking and a confident point of view in fast-paced environments Political campaign, advocacy or news-cycle experience is a strong advantage Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Premiere Pro (Illustrator and After Effects a plus) Fluency with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, Google Veo, Grok, Suno and ElevenLabs Experience building with Webflow is a plus A portfolio showing originality, cultural awareness and creative flair Excellent time management and creative problem-solving skills What you'll get 20 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays on top Private AXA health insurance (dental, optical, physio, specialist cover) Auto-enrolled TG pension Enhanced parental leave with maternity and paternity salary top-up Flexible working plus Work From Anywhere (up to 2 weeks a year) MacBook Pro and work-from-home equipment Professional development and training support This role isn't for everyone.
