Position Overview

As a Production Manager, you will lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production. You will drive team performance and continuous improvement while maintaining operational excellence across safety, quality, and cost.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Manage daily production plans and activities
• Optimise workforce and production efficiency
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, and cost
• Ensure availability of materials and smooth operations
• Lead and develop production teams
• Monitor performance and budgets
• Maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards

What We Are Looking For

• Technical degree in engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
• Experience with lean methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, 5S, TPM)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver results
• Analytical, organised, and results-driven mindset
