An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Fleet Support Team based at Station House, Old Edinburgh Road, Bellshill, where you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality support service for Fleet Operations.

As you would expect, the post will be both challenging and varied. The role will involve handling a range of routine administrative tasks, including responding to enquiries, processing financial information, maintaining fleet management systems, updating information systems, and producing statistical information and reports. You will also assist in supporting the delivery of key initiatives and projects within the team.

You will hold a SVQ2, National Certificate, Higher Grade or equivalent and have previous office experience, you will have first-rate administrative and organisational skills, an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, and experience of working with, or an ability to quickly learn, fleet management systems. You will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and communicate sensitively and effectively with a range of stakeholders.

This post is temporary for a period of 23 months.

Work pattern:

35 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 08:30 - 16:15 (45 min lunch break)

*For all casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for every hour worked in total recompense for annual leave, including public holidays. These rates will be indicated separately on your payslip. You will only be paid for the hours that you work.
