Job description

Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Limavady

VANRATH is working with a well-established organisation in Limavady to appoint an HR Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive team, providing administrative support across a range of HR functions within a professional working environment.

Salary

  • £30,000

About You

  • Previous administrative experience within an HR or office environment
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage confidential information appropriately

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems as required
  • Assist with recruitment administration, including arranging interviews and onboarding activities
  • Prepare HR documentation, letters, and general correspondence
  • Respond to routine employee queries and provide administrative assistance where needed
  • Support absence monitoring, annual leave tracking, and general HR reporting
  • Assist with filing, data management, and maintaining confidential records
  • Provide general office and administrative support across the department
