We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join Christopher Hoare Tree Services. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of arborists, ensuring all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.
This is a hands-on position, requiring active involvement in arboricultural operations alongside on-site team management. It’s an excellent opportunity for a skilled arborist ready to take the next step in their career and further develop their leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills
- Industry relevant qualifications and proven experience within arboriculture (ideally 3+ years)
- Experience leading or supervising a team
- A strong commitment to health & safety and best practice
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Fully qualified in relevant NPTC units (including chainsaw and felling)
- First Aid certification
- Full UK Driving licence
- A proactive attitude and ability to lead by example
