PRIVATE CLIENT PARTNER
Cambridge | £110,000–£130,000 base salary, with exceptional packages available | Permanent
An established accountancy and tax advisory practice in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Private Client Partner to join its existing Partner group and support its next phase of growth. With an established client portfolio and experienced team in place, this is an opportunity to make an immediate impact without building a practice from scratch.
THE ROLE
- Lead and develop a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals, families, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses.
- Provide technical leadership across UK personal tax, capital taxes, inheritance tax and succession planning.
- Generate new business through professional adviser networks and existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with fellow Partners to drive growth, develop cross-service opportunities and strengthen market presence.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to team development.
YOUR BACKGROUND
You will be an established Private Client or Personal Tax Partner with strong technical expertise, a proven track record in business development and client relationship management, and the commercial judgement to advise on wider family, ownership and succession matters.
A collaborative leadership style and commitment to the Cambridge and wider East Anglia market are important. CTA, ACA, ACCA, STEP or equivalent qualifications are relevant. An established regional network or ability to bring a small team would be advantageous, but an existing client book is not essential.
