B2B Sales Representative, US Wholesale Growth
Location: Clapham, London (office-based)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, typically 11:00am to 7:30pm UK time to overlap with US East Coast
Compensation: Competitive base plus commission (paid monthly in arrears)

Build the US wholesale engine of a global design-led brand Original Duckhead is a fast-growing umbrella brand stocked by retailers worldwide. The US is our biggest growth opportunity, and we are hiring a commercially driven B2B Sales Executive to own US wholesale growth. This is a front-line sales role. You will prospect, pitch, close, and grow US retail partners, from independent boutiques to larger accounts. You will be trusted with real ownership, and you will be expected to run a tight pipeline in HubSpot and follow up consistently until deals move.
What you will do
Win new US accounts:
- Identify and prospect target US retailers and buyers,
- Run outreach, book meetings, pitch, negotiate, and close, and
- Build a repeatable new-business approach.
Grow existing US stockists:
- Drive repeat orders, increase range, and improve order frequency
- Keeping relationships warm year-round
Own your pipeline:
- Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date (stages, next steps, follow-up dates)
- Report progress clearly and consistently
Represent the brand:
- Attend and follow up from US trade shows and buyer meetings (travel required at key moments)
- Present the brand with strong commercial storytelling
Work cross-functionally:
- Partner with marketing and operations to ensure retailers have strong assets, a smooth ordering experience, and excellent support
What we are looking for
- 2 to 4 years of B2B wholesale sales experience in lifestyle, gifting, design-led consumer goods, or similar
- A track record of winning new business, not just managing existing accounts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly organised, target-driven, and excellent at follow-up. CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- London-based and able to commute to Clapham
- Comfortable working later UK hours to overlap with US East Coast time zones
