2. Practical Leadership: Designing and executing rigorous laboratory investigations, ensuring students develop precise technical habits, accurate data handling, and a mature approach to lab safety.

3. Conceptual Clarity: Demystifying complex scientific frameworks across biology, chemistry, and physics, making abstract theories tangible, accessible, and intellectually stimulating.

The Successful Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong honours degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
