As a Cover Supervisor , you will supervise whole classes during teacher absence, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work. You will maintain a calm and structured classroom environment and support continuity of learning across the school day. Responsibilities: * Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher * Deliver and explain pre-set work to students * Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies * Maintain a calm, structured and productive learning environment * Support student engagement and focus during lessons * Report any concerns to relevant staff where necessary * Follow safeguarding and school procedures at all times Requirements: * Previous experience working with young people is desirable * Strong behaviour management and communication skills * Confident, professional and proactive approach * Ability to engage and manage groups of students effectively * Good organisational skills and reliability * Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings This is a great opportunity to join a supportive school in Worksop and make a real impact on students' learning and behaviour.
