Job description
We're recruiting a Deputy Store Manager to join our Damolly Retail Park store team, in Newry, reporting to the Store Manager you'll play a key role in running the store. Please see employer website for full job details & person specification.
Responsibilities
- This is a hands-on role where you'll be active on the shop floor, setting the pace and coaching your team to success.
- Driving performance, maintaining high standards, and leading your team by example.
- Support in driving compliance across stock, health & safety, and processes.

- Retail management experience in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and track record of hitting KPIs.
- Lead by example and build a strong sense of teamwork.
