What you’ll be doing
As the eCommerce Trading Lead for the Skin category, you will play a pivotal role in driving the day-to-day trading of our exciting Skincare category on boots.com. You will:

• Oversee the trading strategy to contribute to revenue and profit growth.
• Be the digital expert, leveraging insights to drive conversion and customer acquisition.
• Manage product launches and execute the online trade plan for your brands.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure category success.
• Ensure legal and safe trading practices while meeting KPIs.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

• Experience in a commercial role within eCommerce or strong retail trading/buying experience.
• A solid understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively.
• Initiative and a willingness to push boundaries for competitive advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experince in managing teams / people
• A passion for beauty and skincare products.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools to drive performance insights.
