Project Coordinator (CAD & Projects)
Location: Braintree
Full-Time | Permanent
£28,500 - £32,000 per annum
Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm
Pin Point Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing business based in Braintree. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced office environment in a role that plays a key part in delivering projects from enquiry through to installation.
This position would suit a recent graduate with CAD experience or an individual with a strong technical mindset looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking company. Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Producing and amending 2D CAD drawings for commercial ventilation and HVAC projects
Preparing detailed quotations and costings based on client specifications
Liaising with clients via phone and email to gather information and provide updates
Coordinating project enquiries and maintaining accurate records for installation teams
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Candidate Requirements
Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
A proactive and reliable team player with a strong work ethic
Knowledge of HVAC systems is advantageous but not essential
