We are delighted to be instructed by this highly profitable, mid-market international law firm in the City is seeking to appoint an exceptional Patent Litigation Partner as part of its continued strategic expansion. The firm is consistently top-ranked for its patent disputes capability and is particularly renowned for its market-leading work before the Unified Patent Court, acting on many of the most complex and high-value cases currently before the tribunal. Life sciences is a core pillar of the practice, with the firm advising leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies on their most critical disputes.

The successful candidate will be an established partner with a strong profile in patent litigation, ideally with deep experience in life sciences-related disputes, including SPCs, biologics, pharmaceuticals and complex multi-jurisdictional proceedings. A proven track record of leading major cases, an excellent network of industry and referrer contacts, and a meaningful portable book of business are essential. The ability to operate as a trusted adviser to sophisticated, innovation-driven clients will be key.
