With over 40+ stores in the UK, our mission is to be the spirited cheerleaders of sports and healthier living in the nation! Technical Advisor – Decathlon Technical Support (DTS) We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Technical Advisor to join our team. The Decathlon Technical Support (DTS) team offers remote, technical support to customers and teammates to save products from being disposed of or refunded, extending the life of their purchase. In the UK, the DTS is growing as we continue to add new sports, new partners, and innovative ways of keeping our customers' products performing for longer—all while continuing to provide world-leading customer focus. A passion for or experience with cycling is preferred; however, we also support table tennis, fitness equipment, team sports, and mountain sports—with more to come! Your Responsibilities * Customer & Store Support: Satisfy customers—and assist stores—by providing remote maintenance and repair solutions that will prolong the life of their product. * Sustainability: Reduce the volume of products disposed of and written off by offering sustainable repair solutions to customers and stores. * Cost Efficiency: Seek the most cost-effective repair solutions to minimize business costs and customer charges. * Knowledge Sharing: Keep up to date on all training and role requirements to ensure the best possible knowledge, and actively share this expertise with teammates both in the DTS and in stores. Who You Are (The Profile We're Looking For) * You possess an excellent level of written English. * You are proficient with IT; experience with Google or Zendesk platforms is a considerable advantage. * You can navigate and type emails quickly and effectively. * Previous mechanical experience is beneficial, though a strong passion for your chosen sport is equally valued. * You have good telephone manners and an unwavering commitment to delivering excellent customer service. * You can work autonomously and responsibly, even in remote settings. * You demonstrate an adaptable and flexible approach to tasks and projects. * You are an efficient time planner with a driven desire to outperform on KPIs. Important Information * Eligibility: Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Candidates must already be eligible to work in the UK. * Location/Work Style: This is a hybrid role.
