Therapeutic Strategy Lead - IMM - (Mandarin Speaker)

IQVIA seeks a Therapeutic Strategy Lead to develop and implement tailored delivery strategies during business development cycles. The role bridges sales, medical, and operational teams to support proposal development and project execution in the immunology therapeutic area, with fluency in Mandarin required.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored delivery strategies for RFP/Bid Defense cycles aligned with customer needs
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical, Operations to create competitive proposals and drive growth
• Monitor therapeutic and operational landscape to inform long-term implementation strategies
• Champion project centricity by ensuring awarded project teams understand and execute sold strategy
• Guide and mentor project leaders in strategy presentation to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences with director-level clinical research experience
• Deep knowledge of immunology therapeutic area, drug development, and clinical trial operations
• Expertise in GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research regulatory requirements
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and customer management capabilities
• Virtual team leadership skills in matrix organizations
• Fluent in Mandarin language with strong English communication abilities
• Prior experience working in clinical research organizations (CRO industry)
