We currently have an opportunity for an experienced client-side Contracts Manager to join our highly successful client based in Liverpool. You will be managing and have overall responsibility for multiple high-rise developments and refurbishment schemes across the North West, ensuring principal contractors on each contract are delivered within time and budget.
This is a client-side role for a major developer, duties include:
Working closely with Construction Director
Compiling monthly reports along with commercial department on all schemes.
Monitoring principal contractor performance
Monitoring weekly/monthly programmes.
Monitoring Health & safety performance
Programming and planning
Assisting in pre-construction works / feasibility studies.
Being the company representative at Client meetings.
Recruitment of staff, organising trades and labour
Ensuring KPI's are being achieved.
General delivery of the contracts
We are looking for a high calibre contracts manager with a strong background within new build apartment construction and refurbishment sector, CSCS Black, SMSTS.
