Digital Champion Volunteer
What do we want you to do?
We would love for you to share your passion for all things digital with our local community in a relaxed and informal environment. Whether they need to open an email account, complete online forms or just start from the beginning to switch the computer on, you can be there to help them. The most important thing is your enthusiasm and the ability to share this with others. Our library is a hub for the local community so if you enjoy a busy bustling environment and don’t mind getting involved in other aspects of the library, this is the place for you.
What is the time commitment required?
The time commitment if half day shifts weekly across the library week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).
Safer recruitment practices
The YMCA is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
Successful applicants will be required to provide 2 references and undertake a Basic DBS check.
Requirements

· You are willing to follow YMCA Fairthorne Group procedures and complete a DBS check
