  • Long-term stability within a supportive school community

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in SEN education while making a genuine difference to the lives of children with SEMH needs.

The Successful Applicant Will
  • Have experience supporting children or young people with SEMH, behavioural needs, or additional learning needs

  • Be calm, patient, resilient, and adaptable

  • Be confident supporting behaviour in a positive and consistent manner

  • Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Supporting Teaching & Learning qualification (desirable)

  • Hold Team Teach, MAPA, or equivalent de-escalation training (desirable)

What We Offer
  • Free access to CPD and safeguarding training

  • Dedicated consultant and ongoing support

  • Competitive daily pay of £105 - £115

  • Long-term placement through to the end of the academic year
