Salary: £34,398 - £52,490 per year (dependent on experience)

Supply Desk is working in partnership with a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Beaconsfield , seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis from September 2026 .

This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils in Lower Key Stage 2 , helping them build confidence, independence, and strong academic foundations as they continue through their primary education.

About the Role

As a Year 4 Teacher , you will:

* Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
* Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils can thrive
* Use adaptive teaching strategies to meet the needs of every learner
* Maintain high expectations and positive behaviour standards
* Assess and track pupil progress, using data to inform future planning
* Contribute to a creative and well-rounded curriculum

You will play a key role in nurturing pupils' curiosity, resilience, and enthusiasm for learning .

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic teacher who:

* Has experience teaching Year 4 or Lower Key Stage 2
* Is confident delivering the KS2 curriculum
* Demonstrates strong skills in differentiation and inclusive teaching
* Has effective behaviour management and organisational skills
* Is committed to pupil progress, wellbeing, and safeguarding
* Builds positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents
* Is keen to engage in professional development opportunities
