- Advising clients across health (NHS and private), education, government, charities and commercial sectors
- Primarily contentious employment work
- Managing Employment Tribunal litigation and complex advisory matters
- Involvement in high-profile and sensitive public sector work
- Delivering training and contributing to business development initiatives
- Working as part of a highly collaborative national employment team across offices
- Clear progression pathway
- 5+ years' PQE in employment law
- Background advising complex or public sector employers is advantageous
- Advocacy experience or an interest in advocacy welcomed
- Excellent communication, drafting and client-handling skills
- Commercially minded, pragmatic and solutions-focused
- A collaborative and respectful team player who values culture and personality as much as technical ability
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
