The Function & Team

Our Client Operations Team sits at the heart of Triple Point’s investor journey ensuring every client investing in our products enjoys a seamless, transparent and high-quality experience.

Our Investor Operations team sits at the heart of Triple Point’s investor journey, managing new investor applications, KYC/AML checks and ongoing account administration across our core product range, working closely with advisers, platforms and internal teams to keep every step accurate and on time.

It’s a team that combines strong process discipline with genuine care for client outcomes, in an environment where the investor’s journey really matters.

The Client Operations Executive is a hands-on role within the Investor Operations team, taking ownership of investor onboarding, KYC/AML checks and account administration that keeps investor records and applications running accurately and on time. This is a role for someone who takes ownership of the detail, gets things done, and isn’t afraid to question whether there’s a better way of doing it. The role suits someone with a naturally high level of attention to detail, who is comfortable working with data and numbers, and who is keen to build a career in financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Onboarding & Application Processing

• Application Processing : Process new investor applications across Triple Point’s core product range through the CRM system, from AML checks through to investor and adviser correspondence.
• Account Documentation : Add related documentation to Salesforce, keeping investor records accurate and complete.
• Reconciling Client Money against investor applications.

Compliance & Due Diligence

• Customer Due Diligence : Carry out anti-money laundering checks and process AML documentation, maintaining the PEP log for retail investors in line with internal procedures.
• AML Quality Assurance : Support the quarterly AML QA review across Investor Operations and use the CRA calculator to assess and record client risk ratings.

Investor & Adviser Support

• Query Management : Respond to adviser and investor queries professionally and promptly, escalating anything unusual or complex.
• Account Maintenance : Maintain and update investor account records, supporting register and data quality checks across the team.

Systems & Reporting

• CRM Management : Keep all data held in the CRM system up to date and accurate, support day-to-day system work associated with onboarding and account administration, and contribute to management information as required.

Other

• Any Other Business : Provide ad hoc support across the Investor Operations and wider Client Operations team to help ensure its smooth day-to-day running.

Experience

• Experience in an operations, financial services, or investor administration environment.
• Fantastic attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office. Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, and familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude), is advantageous.
• Comfortable and confident working with data and numbers; able to reconcile figures accurately and explain discrepancies.
• Good prioritisation, able to manage a busy workload with competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Clear and professional communication with clients, advisors and colleagues.
• Quick and agile learner, building new capabilities quickly.
• Collaborative and a good team player.
• An understanding of financial services and/or tax-efficient investments (e.g. VCT, EIS, IHT solutions) is an advantage, though not essential.
