Job description
To supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to. Please note this is a hands-on role and cleaning tasks are required. Please see employer website for full job details & person specification.
Responsibilities
- Required to assist with cleaning tasks as required and lead by example
- To provide weekly/monthly stock orders
- To carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are meeting the required specification
- To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services
- To help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Previous cleaning experience with team leader or supervisor experience
Desirable Skills
- Experience of cleaning in a retail or similar environment with use of floor cleaning machine
