You will be working with children in EYFS, KS1, or KS2 who have additional needs such as ASD, GDD (Global Developmental Delay), or Speech and Language difficulties.

• Are a Team Player: You can work hand-in-hand with the Class Teacher and the SENCO to deliver a child's EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan).

Your Core Responsibilities

• 1:1 Support: Provide tailored assistance to a specific child, helping them access the curriculum at their own pace.
• Personal Care: Be comfortable assisting with personal care or mobility needs if required (training provided).
• Sensory Learning: Use "Now & Next" boards, PECS, or sensory breaks to keep a child regulated and happy.
• Build Confidence: Foster a sense of independence and social skills during playtime and group activities.
