An established and highly regarded independent estate agency in Witney is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their successful and friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering outstanding customer service while achieving strong sales results.

Key Responsibilities

• Registering buyers and matching them with suitable properties

• Conducting property viewings and providing professional feedback

• Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors

• Progressing sales through to completion

• Generating new business and identifying valuation opportunities

• Maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants

• Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator within estate agency

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Target driven with a proactive and positive attitude

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work well within a team and independentlyFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
