Floor Manager - Stylish Japanese Restaurant

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a busy and vibrant Japanese restaurant in Cheltenham. They are now looking for a confident and experienced Floor Manager to oversee front-of-house service and lead the team through busy, energetic services.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day front of house operations and service delivery, leading and motivating the floor team during busy services, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and consistent service throughout their visit, managing reservations, table flow and communication with the kitchen, maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation.

Requirements

• Have previous experience in a supervisory or managerial front-of-house role, are confident leading a team in a busy restaurant environment, thrive in high-energy service and remain calm under pressure, have a natural, guest-focused approach to hospitality, take pride in standards, organisation and team culture.
